The Cricket Club at Schauffele Plaza

Ardmore, PA. - 150,000+ square foot Mixed-Use Retail, Hotel & Luxury Condominiums, designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. The Cricket Club is conceived as a 7 to 8 story boutique hotel and luxury residential condominium building with significant street level retail and restaurant space and secure underground parking. In addition, the project will re-create the existing Schauffele Plaza municipal parking lot into a dedicated public green space with water feature, pedestrian linkages and greenways between Lancaster Avenue and Cricket Terrace and a reduced municipal parking lot. Designed by Cope-Linder Architects, this project is currently pending Land Development approvals in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, PA. This project was formally recognized by the Delaware Valley Smart Growth Alliance (DVSGA) in 2006) and the Congress for New Urbanism (CNU) in 2007.
