1107 Bethlehem Pike

Flourtown, PA - Redevelopment/Full Building Renovation of a 12,000 square foot 1960's era office building located in the historic village of Flourtown into a Class A multi-tenant Medical/Professional office building. Mariner retained RHJ Associates to re-envision the non-descript building and blend it into the historic fabric of Bethlehem Pike. Taking inspiration from the original barn and stables of F. Eugene "Fitz" Dixon's "Erdenheim Farm," RHJ added period architectural details such as dormers, custom made copper cupolas and barn shutters to make the building an integral part of the main street revitalization effort long pursued by Springfield Township's Supervisors. By maintaining historic integrity, and revitalizing the neighborhood, Mariner garnered strong community support and praise and has enjoyed full occupancy at above market rents since the building's completion in 2005.
