Butler Commons Office Center

4050 - 4070 Butler Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA - Mariner redeveloped this brownfield property from its previous incarnation as a former golf ball factory site and abandoned landfill and repositioned the project as Butler Commons Office Center, a 3 building commercial condominium. Designed by the architectural firm of RHJ Associates, Mariner constructed a 30,000 square foot Class A multi-tenant office building on the site known as 4060 Butler Pike constructed all site improvements for the entire project. Completed in October 2003, the 4060 Building has consistently maintained near full occupancy at rates equal to or above its peer class.
